Learning

The National Curriculum is a set of subjects and standards used by schools to ensure that children learn the same things. It covers what subjects are taught and the standards children should reach in each subject. An effective National Curriculum gives teachers, pupils, parents, employers and the wider community a clear and shared understanding of the skills and knowledge that young people will gain at school.

We want children to feel enthused and challenged by what they are taught at Blundeston. We also feel that it is really important that parents are informed about what their child is being taught each term. Termly class information is uploaded to the class website pages and sent via dojo which gives information regarding the curriculum for each class. We also send out a half-termly newsletter with information of what each class has been doing.
